When completed, the Trolley Trail will connect neighborhoods, schools, parks, retirement communities and business districts between Milwaukie and Gladstone and complete a missing link in Metro's regional trail system.
You are invited to participate in a series of Trolley Trail meetings: Four meetings to review preliminary designs (about 30%) for the Trolley Trail are scheduled for April and May. Each meeting will focus on certain sections of the trail, which is scheduled to begin construction by 2010. Interested citizens may attend any or all of the meetings. All meetings begin at 6 p.m. on the dates below, addressing the following sections of the trail:
Oak Grove Fire Station, 2930 SE Oak Grove Blvd: Monday, April 21 - Creighton Avenue to Roethe Road (sections 5 & 6) and Monday, May 5 - Roethe Road to Glen Echo Avenue (sections 7 & 8)
Milwaukie Public Safety Building, 3200 SE Harrison St: Tuesday, April 29 - Kellogg Creek to Park Avenue (sections 1 & 2)
New Urban High School, 1905 SE Oak Grove Blvd: Thursday, May 15 - Park Avenue to Creighton Avenue (sections 3 & 4)
