The City of Milwaukie is working with downtown businesses and property owners to initiate a “Main Street” program (with help from the Clackamas County Main Street Program and the State). As part of the effort, Marketek, Inc. is preparing a market analysis for downtown... And we need your perspective to help us understand how local employees and residents view downtown as a retail location.
